<\/p>\nLe \u00ab mercredi des copains \u00bb s’est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 le 20 octobre 2021.<\/p>\n
En effet, le 20 octobre 2022, dernier mercredi avant les vacances d\u2019automne, nous avons organis\u00e9 l’\u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00ab le mercredi des copains ! \u00bb<\/p>\n
Tout s’est pass\u00e9 au sein des locaux de l’association Arts Martiaux Dardilly avec notre professeur Dorian.<\/p>\n
\n<\/p>\n
Chaque judoka peut inviter le copain ou la copine de son choix \u00e0 participer \u00e0 une s\u00e9ance pour lui faire d\u00e9couvrir les valeurs du judo et s\u2019exercer \u00e0 cette discipline.<\/p>\n
Le jour J, l\u2019enfant invit\u00e9 se pr\u00e9sente avec son coupon \u00ab d\u00e9couverte \u00bb qui lui permet d\u2019\u00eatre assur\u00e9 par la FFJDA et ainsi pratiquer en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n
A l\u2019issue de cet entrainement , un go\u00fbter est organis\u00e9, avec ce que chacun \u00e0 apporter, afin de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer de la force apr\u00e8s cette activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n
